- Create a point or line feature class showing where you project is and send the GIS files that includes the project(s) location(s) and name(s). If you have the description in the GIS layer, that is best, but if you have a text version of the description you can email, that will work also.
- Email it to the contact for your County with the following additional information (provide a spreadsheet if you have more than one project).
- Project Name
- Description (abbreviated)
- County
- Organization
- Project Type (Water Supply, Recycled Water, Flood Control, Habitat/Watershed, Fish Passage, Fish Screen, Creek Restoration, Habitat Restoration, etc.)
