Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Services to Complete the San Francisco Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management Plan Update
The Marin Municipal Water District (District, MMWD) is seeking a qualified consultant or consultant team to complete the San Francisco Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP, Plan) Update (Project).
The San Francisco Bay Area IRWMP was developed in accordance with IRWM Plan Standards consistent with Proposition 50, published by the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) in 2004. The IRWMP was finalized and adopted by Bay Area entities in 2006. In August of 2010, DWR published a new set of Plan Standards in order to be consistent with Proposition 84. The objective of this Project is to produce a revised San Francisco Bay Area IRWMP that meets the Proposition 84 Plan Standards. The Scope of Work for this Project is provided in Attachment A.
This Project is being funded by a Planning Grant from DWR, through the Proposition 84 IRWM Planning Grant Program. As such, the budget and deadline for completing this Project have been established.
