This project will increase channel capacity by concrete lining 2,100 feet of channel banks along Line J-1 and create wetlands as environmental mitigation. Retrofit existing culverts.
The area adjacent ot Line J-1 is prone to flooding during large flood events. The purpose of this project is to increase the channel capacity by decreasing the roughness coefficient of the channel. In addition, the project addresses three undersized culverts at Amador Valley Blvd, Dublin Blvd, and I-680.
