This project would identify those properties that are built directly in the path of a historic creeks and are experiencing severe flooding and determine the feasibility of either a direct purchase from willing sellers by the city or placing a right of first refusal when the property becomes available.
These projects are intended to enhance the ability of the system to collect and capture wastewater by increasing the capacity of the sewer and directing flow to areas where it will not cause damage.
