This project conduct habitat management, including vegetation management and meandering low-flow channel. Modification of 2 existing fish barriers up and downstream of Isabel Ave. to make them passable for fish. Construct recreation features including trails and interpretive kiosk.
The proposed project is expected to protect and enhance the stream habitat and improve the riparian value of the stream. Another purpose is to create a recreational corridor along Arroyo Mocho and link this recreational corridor to the regional trail system.
