Throughout our county, we provide regional drainage master planning, financing, and implementation. We provide flood risk reduction, planning, review of land development plans and studies, provide hydrology information and services, and oversee the Contra Costa Clean Water Program staff. The District is staffed by the Flood Control Engineering Division of Contra Costa County Public Works Department. Within unincorporated county, the Flood Control Division oversees the County Watershed Program and the County FEMA Floodplain Program.
