How were the goals and objectives of the Bay Area IRWMP Developed?
The Bay Area IRWMP's regional goals and objectives encompass common interests and priorities throughout the Bay Area. Identifying and developing these goals and objectives involved:
- Compiling issues, goals and objectives from the four functional area documents that serve as a baseline to the Bay Area IRWMP;
- Identifying common regional interests and overarching goals that comprise the entire Bay Area and all aspects of water management; and
- Refining these goals and objectives based on stakeholder feedback provided at Workshop #1 held on February 27, 2006.
