Bay Area IRWMP Schedule
The Bay Area IRWMP will serve as the basis for Proposition 50, Chapter 8 grant funding applications within the nine-county region. As requirement of this grant, the Plan was completed and adopted prior to the January 1, 2007 deadline.
The Coordinating Committee is meeting regularly and in conversations with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to understand new and different requirements for Proposition 84 and Proposition 1E. Draft guidelines for Proposition 84 and 1E were published in March 2010. The dates for the release of the final guidelines for Proposition 84 and 1E is anticipated in late July 2010.
